This idiot in a big black dodge truck IT'S A HEMI ran me over last night and then tried to keep his back to me the whole time I've seen him numerous times TAG NUMBER 1059/ WITH his counter part . again a tag I've seen NUMEROUS TIMES.

Seriously, how many tags have YOU SEE often enough to be familiar with?? I'm not sure I know my own tag number.
